Background
I began learning the bagpipes
in 1996 and have played in many different countries, including Germany, Belgium
and France. Playing in the Edinburgh Military Tattoo was a special
experience. I have competed solo and
also with various bands, winning many prizes.
 |
My pipes are full size Scottish Highland bagpipes which were made in
the 1940's by Peter Henderson. I am very proud to own a sterling silver
set. The highland dress I am wearing in the picture below is the
Madras College tartan. I have a royal blue waistcoat and jacket.
When playing for less formal occasions I can wear my Jacobean shirt if
requested. |
I have a full repertoire of traditional highland piping melodies and can
recommend suitable pipe music to accompany any event.

WEDDINGS
My repertoire is extensive and I am very flexible and will happily cater for
